Privacy Policy

• Petition signatures: your name, email, and optionally city, state and ZIP code, to record your support and (if you ask) send updates.
• Email updates: your email address, when you subscribe.
• Contact messages: your name, email and message, so we can reply.
• Member accounts: your display name, email, an encrypted (hashed) password, and optionally your city and state. Your display name appears on anything you post; your email is never shown publicly.
• Community posts, replies and likes: what you write is public on this site until you or a moderator removes it.
• Event submissions: the event details you send for review.
• Store orders and donations:your name, email, shipping address and what you bought or gave. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach our servers.

We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe, to process payments and donations.
• Resend, to send email.
• Vercel and Neon, to host the website and its database.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, to keep automated spam out of our forms.
• Privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog and Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. These record pages visited and general device information, not your name.

We use a small number of cookies: one keeps you signed in to your account, and analytics cookies help us count visits. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser.

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can edit or delete your member account at any time from your account page.
• You can ask us to delete other information using this form. We keep minimal order and donation totals where the law requires financial records.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
