  • Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center

    Primary care for Washington and Yamhill counties at 17 clinics, with a Reproductive Health Clinic for pregnancy and postpartum care; pregnant patients can call the clinic directly without enrolling first, and staff help with OHP enrollment. No one is turned away for inability to pay (sliding-fee discount).

    A registered nurse visits expectant parents at home during pregnancy and the child's first years, about two and a half years in all. Oregon programs serve Multnomah, Lane, Jackson, Lincoln, Yamhill and Umatilla-Morrow counties. Nurse-Family Partnership is now run by Changent.

  • Healthy Families Oregon

    Statewide

    Free, voluntary home visiting for families expecting or parenting a newborn: trained home visitors help parents build nurturing relationships with their baby, learn about child development and find community resources. Weekly visits can continue up to three years; screening happens before birth or within 14 days after.
